If you have questions about how to protect your children in the event the unexpected happens – this guide was made for you!

When a child’s parents unexpectedly pass away, a Judge will step in to decide who will become the child’s guardian.
The guardian will be responsible for taking care of the child on a day-to-day basis.

However, if a parent has not planned ahead and prepared who they want to act as the child’s guardian – the judge may place the children into foster care instead.

Therefore, it is crucial that every parent of a minor child understands not only how to select a Guardian, but how to make their decision enforceable!

Our Guide will provide you with step-by-step instructions for this crucial topic so that not only are you prepared – but your kids are too.

In this guide, you will discover:

  • How to avoid foster care for their children
  • How to pick who will be your children’s guardian
  • How to finalize your selection in a legally enforceable document
  • How to provide guidance to your guardian so that your kids are parented in a way that you approve of
